All in the Details - Lighting & Trim
The wall between the living room and dining room was enlarged for a more open concept. A dramatic effect was achieved in the dining room with the addition of a coffered ceiling.
New baseboards and crown mouldings were added in addition to Architrave mouldings above the windows and doors.
Recessed lighting in multiple zones were added to both rooms and controlled by dimmers.
The existing hardwood floor was refinished with a fresh coat of finish.
